UPDATE ON GIFT CARD AND E-GIFT CARD DISTRIBUTION

With colder temperatures forecast this week, and the return of Canada Post, we have decided to cancel all remaining in-person gift card pickups.

All gift cards will now be sent via Canada Post. If you were planning on coming to the William Lutsky YMCA, the Boyle Street YMCA, or the Collective Hive - please stay home and stay warm.

We will not be distributing any gift cards in person from any site. If you have been approved for a gift card, it will be sent via Canada Post, but we cannot guarantee when it will arrive before December 25.

If you applied for an electronic gift card, it will be send on Friday, December 20th. 

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with this change. We know that this may impact you through the holiday season, and for that we sincerely apologize. 

I’m expecting the delivery of toys for my children. When will they be delivered?

I’m expecting a hamper delivery. When will the hampers be delivered?

      • Hampers will be delivered by Christmas Bureau volunteers on Saturday, December 21 between the hours of 8:30 am and 3:30 pm.
      • You must be home during that time to receive your hamper.
      • Hampers will NOT be left outside your door, with a minor or a neighbour.

I’m expecting a Private Sponsor hamper delivery. When will this hamper be delivered?

      • Private Sponsor deliveries are pre-arranged by the Sponsor and the receiving family on a date and time appropriate for both.
      • You must be home during that time to receive your hamper.
      • Private Sponsor hampers will NOT be left outside your door, with a minor or a neighbour.

My hamper was supposed to be delivered today, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
